What we collect

When you order: your email address, your order number, the items you bought, the amount and the date. We use these to process and deliver your order, answer questions, and let you list the items on Loom Lah Seconds later.

Payments are handled by HitPay, our payment provider. We never see or store your bank or card details.

When you list on Seconds: the contact handle or number you choose and the photos you upload. These are shown publicly on your listing, only after you agree to that.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand which pages and channels are useful. It doesn't tell us who you are.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove a Seconds listing, or to access or delete your order details, at any time. Message us on Instagram @loomlah.
